Suma Bharadwaj is the founder of Swara School of Music. She strongly believes that music has the power to transform, heal and inspire others. According to her personal experience and research studies she has found that music stimulates more parts of the brain than any other human function. That's why she sees so much potential in music's power to bring about a positive change in an individual. She is currently working as a Music teacher at Delhi Public School, Bangalore and is a Certified Music Therapist from Chennai School Of Music Therapy.

- Certified Music Therapist from Chennai School Of Music, one of India’s prestigious academyfor music therapy.
- Currently conducting online Carnatic Vocal classes, Light music and Instrumental veena classes in India, Germany and US.
- Trained in Carnatic Classical Vocals under Smt Vidushi Chandana Bala Kalyan and Carnatic Instrumental Veena under Smt Dr. Suparna Ravishankar.
- Distinction grades in Carnatic vocals and veena exams conducted by the Karnataka Board.
- Currently conducting Music Therapy classes for individuals in The Autism Spectrum with very good results .
- Working as a volunteer at an NGO called Samarthanam, Bangalore for visually impaired students.
